Robin was born to Karen Dale Ackerman and Warren Bernard Christopher, Sr. on Monday, August 14, 1961, at 9:29 P.M. at Memorial Hospital in St. Joseph, Michigan. Mom and Dad brought him home to a full house in Sawyer, Michigan (see the Siblings Page on the Sawyer Home to learn more).

Timeline of Robin's Life:

August 14, 1961 - Born at 9:29 P.M. Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph, Michigan.

August 19, 1961 - Robin and Mom go home to Sawyer house.

February 12, 1962 - Robin released from Memorial Hospital - was in for croup.

Feb. 1964 - Moved to 1010 Broad Street, St. Joseph, Michigan.

Feb. 1964 thru 1970s - Attended First Baptist Church in St. Joseph, Michigan.

Fall 1966 - Started Kindergarten at Washington Elementary in St. Joseph, Michigan.

Fall 1973 thru 1976 - Milton Junior High School, St. Joseph, Michigan.

Fall 1973 - Played 7th Grade Football - offensive and defensive line.

Fall 1977 - Started working as meat cutter at Family Foods in Benton Harbor.

Fall 1979 - Moved into his own apartment for the first time with ??? in Benton Harbor.

March 20, 1982 - Married Kathy A. Phillips at Fellowship Baptist Mission Church, Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Spring 1982 - Robin and Kathy moved to upstairs 845 Milo, Benton Harbor, Michigan - Father-in-Law Sherman Phillips' house.

February 17, 1983 - Kathy gave birth to Joseph Dustin Christopher at Mercy Hospital in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

1984/85 - Robin, Kathy & Joey moved into 820 Milo, Benton Harbor, Michigan - Sherm owned the house.

Early 1988 - Robin, Kathy & Joey to Kalamazoo on Ash Street and worked at Family Foods.

May 16, 1988 - Kathy gave birth to Michelle Susan Christopher at Bronson Hopital in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

May 30, 1989 - Mildred Jane Keith (Phillips) - Kathy's mother died. Buried Millburg Cemetery, Millburg, Michigan.

1990 - Robin, Kathy, Joey & Michelle moved to 31240 E Red Arrow Hwy, Paw Paw, Michigan - Robin worked at Family Foods.

February 10, 1992 - Sherman Phillips - Kathy's father died. Buried Millburg Cemetery, Millburg, Michigan.

1993 - Robin, Kathy, Joey & Michelle move back to 820 Milo, Benton Harbor.

1998-2010 - Robin was the Store Manager at Sav-A-Lot in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

2004 - Robin bought Red Monte Carlo he had until 2023. He loved that car.

June 10, 2007 - Robin's mother Karen Ackerman Christopher died.

2009 - Kathy fell at Sav-A-Lot and hurt her spine.

November 9, 2010 - Kathy passes away at home on Milo. Funeral at Free Will Baptist Church. Buried Millburg Cemetery, Millburg, Michigan.

2010-16 - Robin works for a variety of stores - see list below.

2012-13 - Robin lived with Mary Phillips in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

2013/15 - Robin moves to South Bend, Indiana while working at Big Lots in Niles, Michigan.

July 2016 - Robin Moved to Flint, Michigan with Joey, Kristy, Miguel & Selena.

April 2019 - Robin had a seizure from very low sodium issue and was hospitalized in Flint but developed osmotic demyelination syndrome (ODS) and sent to Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Robin is in the hospital for a few weeks then sent to Wellbridge in Grand Blanc for recovery - stayed a few weeks.

July 6, 2019 - Robin, Joey, Christy, Miguel and Selena at Bernie's with Larry for picnic.

August 2019 - Robin went with Joey and Christy to Trace Adkins concert in Saginaw.

2022 - Robin Moved to Golden Tree Apartments in Portage, Michigan.

April 10, 2025 - Robin is Discovered at his apartment in Portage, Michigan.

April 16, 2025 - Robin's ashes are buried with Kathy at Millburg Cemetery, Millburg, Michigan.

Robin Worked as Meat Cutter/Manager at: Family Foods (Benton Harbor, Kalamazoo), Sav-A-Lot Store Manager 1998-2010 (BH), Eagles (BH), Plums/Lars Harbor Market (BH), Jewel/Osco (BH), D&W (Kalamazoo/Stevensville), Big Lot (Niles).

Robin did charity/community work with bake sales and other activities while Manager of Sav-A-Lot.

Robin attended Baptists churches his entire adult life - Married in Fellowship Baptist Church in Benton Heights, Michelle & Joey weddings and Kathy funeral at Free Will Baptist Church in Benton Harbor.
